“PEOPLE WORK BECAUSE THEY NEED MONEY TO LIVE”

Most people work is essential in order to live because it enables to develop the individual needs of each person as well as can get many economic benefits that will influence the future life, all people should be working to meet their own needs and solve physical workload because work can get economical and mental stability.

The question is whether people actually do the work because they want to or because they happen?, on the one hand, sometime people working to make a difference, to have more power, to feel more intelligent and important because they believe that things will not give it, that all costs and you have to work to get what they want.

On the other hand, other people work to keep busy or just do what you like, because happiness is that these are paid to do what they really like; but others do it for new challenges and for reasons to get up every morning and go to work with enthusiasm.

In addition, the really of it is the people will have to work much harder to get money to live and can get economic stability, security and personal satisfaction. To illustrate, more money will make us happier, the people work more and earn more money , they moved to a larger home in a neighborhood better, buy a more expensive car, enjoy a higher standard of living than before; but not when they compare ourselves and they begin to identify with our new neighbors, the people believe that if they work more will be more happy, when in fact the increase in your wages simply implies a lower total utility and less happiness.

In conclusion, the main reason why a person should work is because there is a motivation or desire that allows you to make efforts to achieve goals and results of all efforts is ,undoubtedly, the satisfaction in the economy and the family which means a better way to live.
