Do you agree or disagree that progress is always good

Progress is the objective of all governments, societies and persons by the benefits that it provides, there are so much opinions in favor or against so we will analyze why some countries are poor and others are rich, why some countries obtain progress faster than others and some consequences of progress in the societies.

Progress is defined as the useful change or improvement in society, is the objective of a society as we have said because it is a way of being more productive and competitive in the world, getting more money and them obtain progress in other aspects like new technologies that are very useful at this modern times for be connected to the entire world.

Progress bring others important benefits as better help services, an important aspect in this days, more efficient public services, better education, improved infrastructure in the countries, as a result of this improvements the people will be more prepared and ready for international competition in many economic situations, specifically by better productivity.

On the contrary some people thinks that progress will make slaveries of technology because the people will not make anything without depending of some technology device, for example to write a letter necessarily need a computer. Moreover progress makes that less people in the world have a job as a consequence of the replacement of people by machines in factories leaving high unemployment as consequence and many poor people that will not have way of how to feed and how to get educated.

In conclusion, the progress helps us be more efficient and productive, very important factors in these times of high international competition which together helps us get better medical services, education, which together helps us to be increasingly better.
