MEDIA INFLUENCE PEOPLE' S BEHAVIOR

Any type of information is basic for the developed of any process, but that depends of the handling and results that the people, companies or product wants; because if the power of the information is very important, and it can use to generate benefits or to manipulate the behavior.

As technology advances and media choices increase,; children can developed a constructive way of learning by means of programs in different channels like discovery kids, Disney channels and another institutional channels that teach very good topics like socialize with friends, health habits, numbers, words, colors, etc.
For this reason is important supervise our children all time, because the media play’s a significant role in shaping children's life.

The media could have many bad influences on people, because it make's anyone want to change the way they look, there way they dress and the way they act, so they can be accepted by society.
For example the supermodels and the Barbie dolls shown on television. The media show they are as being the ideal woman, and their having the perfect body, and that in order to fit in you has to look like that.

Since children are spending an average for hours a day consuming media, they have little time to do homework and spend time with their family.
Children can see acts of sex, violence and people consuming drugs as normal and risk free, because " everybody do it and is very excited".
To begin with children who sit in front of a screen all day, have a greater chance of suffering from obesity. Parents need to pay more attention to the amount of time their children spend ingesting media, because it can have numerous long-term health effects on children.

To summarize, there are many things in the world that can have an influence on the minds of people, some examples are friends, family members, teachers and role models. But the important thing is the formation and values that each person learns in the person's home.
