To exercise is very important for your health life. Every person should at least go to the gym a few days peer week or practice some sport as a hobby. It helps to prevent illness and it gets your muscles stronger. Exercising is a good way to keep your body in shape and it actually makes you look better. Clothes will suit better on you also.
But the most important thing about exercising is that it will prevent future diseases, some of them fatal, such as a heart attack. It's very good for your heart and your lung as it estimulates blood circulation trough your body and make toose organs work. It's training for your heart and lung. A very simple but effective way to stay in shape and healthy is by running. Is one of the most common way of exercising and is something we are used to every day. Just walking home after work instead of taking the bus will do the work.
People who do exercise during their life increases the posibility to live longer.
The hard part of exercicing is getting used to it or to create routine for it. Try putting it into your schedule, or try doing it with some other friends. They wil cheer you up when you need it and you will be also doing good to them.
As everything, it also has a bad side. Some people gets obsesed with exercising. everything has it's limits, and passing trough them is not good for your healt. In this case it could drive to by the end damaging your muscles. But if you are aware of what you are doing that shouldn't be your case.
But in summary, there are more good than bad aspects of exercising and it will do good for your body and health. Try dedicating at least a little time to it and you'll see the results as time passes by.
