Are sports good for health??

Generally many people will agree that the practice of sports is very good for health. But is really the case? In this essay I am going to expose some wrong and right ideas that people have, and also I will prove some myths which people believe in.

Some people are fat or have an unhealthy body, because they just eat and sleep, they even work. That is why doctors and nutritionists send them to practice a sport, in order not to be sportsmen or sportswomen; it is just more like a hobby, in order to become healthier. There is a clear example about the relationship between sports and health.

When people have broken their legs or their arms, for example, some therapies include sports, such as swimming of just walking. Many people have serious accidents and they need rehabilitations, sports are an indispensable ingredient in the medical recipe or in their treatments. As you can see, sports continue in first place in health problems treatments.

Sports spend almost all your free time, and that help you not to start consuming drugs, or start drinking alcohol, or stealing; sports maintain you far away from all those bad habits, and also help you to develop your mind and your brain in a funny way.

In conclusion, sports help you to be healthier, and also can prevent you from acquiring bad habits. They become you a better person and put your mind to work in a different way, because everybody knows schools and universities are boring, so that you can have fun healthily just practicing a sport.

Everybody knows that sport helps to have a healthy life. There have been a lot of scientist researches that proved it. So the only thing i have to say is that we should practice any sport at least 2 or 3 per week, don´t need to exceed, but by doing it, we will feel happier and healthier.

the sport can maintain our body healthy and by another hand can be dangerous if we dont practice it correctly....so I say yes...the sport is good and healthy and can help us with therapies and something else but only if we know
how practice it correctly

Sports are good for health in different ways. Some maintain you active, others maintain you thinking hard and others maintain you focus in anything that could happend arround you. All these things improve your health and make your live more exciting, more entertainment and happier;
being aware of doing it without exceeding yourself

sports are the best for health... it definetly makes you think in another way and keeps you away from drugs, alcohol and bad habits... everybody should practice some kind of sport

Sports make your body to start working on a different speed. You'll get quicker and smarter, and doing normal tasks will become a piece of cake.

The sports were created for help us with our phisic and in the same time people enjoy the sports and don`y see it like a diet, they seei it like a funny form to lose weight and mantain your body healthy
